The site
milonadvisory.com (the “site”) is the public-facing website of Milon Advisory, LLC (the “firm”), a California limited liability company. By accessing the site, you agree to these terms.
Not an advisory relationship
The site and its contents are general information about the firm. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, strategic, or professional advice of any kind. No advisory relationship with the firm is formed by visiting the site, by contacting the firm at info@milonadvisory.com, or by any preliminary correspondence. An advisory relationship is established only by a written engagement letter signed by an authorized representative of the firm.
Accuracy and use
The firm makes reasonable efforts to ensure the information on the site is accurate at the time of publication, but makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued availability. Visitors rely on site content at their own discretion.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, wordmarks, the gold-dot signature, logos, and design elements — is the property of Milon Advisory, LLC. Reproduction, republication, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited. Fair quotation of short excerpts for journalistic or academic purposes is permitted with attribution.
External links
The site may link to third-party resources as a convenience. The firm does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any linked third party.
No solicitation
The firm accepts new mandates by introduction only. Unsolicited sales inquiries, marketing outreach, and procurement solicitations sent to info@milonadvisory.com will not be responded to and will not establish any relationship with the firm.
Unsolicited submissions
Any unsolicited ideas, proposals, business plans, materials, or feedback sent to the firm are submitted on a non-confidential and non-proprietary basis. The firm may use, reproduce, or develop such submissions for any purpose, with or without attribution and without obligation of compensation. Senders are encouraged not to submit anything they wish to remain confidential or proprietary.
Right to decline
The firm reserves the right to decline any prospective engagement, inquiry, or referral in its sole discretion and for any reason or no reason, without explanation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the firm’s aggregate liability arising from or related to use of the site or its contents shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). In no event shall the firm be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the firm’s liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.
